Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Rourkela Vigilance P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No. 08 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vigilance Sundargarh for commission of offence under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1) (b)/12 of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 4.
Taking into account the release of the principal accused by this Court by order dated 04.05.2022 in BLAPL No.3168 of 2022 and taking into account that the petitioner is a lady, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and
moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
