Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate files a copy of the affidavit sworn by the I.I.C., Badambadi Police Station in Court today, the same be kept on record.

Mr. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the I.I.C has already filed Charge-sheet against the accused Shiv Kumar Swain vide Charge-sheet No. 237 dated 21.08.2022 under Sections-406/420/409/120-B/34, IPC keeping the investigation open. 3.

In such background, Mr. R.N. Dasmohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
