Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer in the writ petition is for direction upon the Court below to expeditiously deal with Arbitration Petition no.53 of 2018 [(HCIL-Adhikarya-ARSS(JV) Vs. RAHEE-GPT(JV)]. He points out from order-sheet, the petition was moved on 24th August, 2018 and, inter alia, last order dated 15th January, 2021 records that argument was heard in part. The case is lingering in the Court below. The direction be made.

Perused the order-sheet. It appears therefrom, after removal of defects and records having been called for, hearing on arguments started on 6th January, 2021 and the next date of order is 15th January, 2021. As such, order-sheet does not reveal that delay in disposal of the

Mr. Panda submits, file has been transferred to Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Commercial Court, Bhubaneswar. Said Court is requested to expeditiously deal with and dispose of the arbitration case. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
