Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jharsuguda P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 555 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Jharsuguda for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/307/506 of the I.P.C. 4.

On perusal of the case diary it is seen that the victim has suffered injuries.

The statement of the son of the victim (Ajay) also fortifies the allegations of assault.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the ABLAPL, the same is accordingly dismissed. V.Narasingh Dhal (Vacation Judge)
