Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there be direction upon the executing Court to expeditiously deal with Execution (P) Case no.316 of 2018 (Rail Welders JV Vs. General Manager, East Coast Railways). 2.

Last two orders dated 25th August and 6th November, 2021 sin the order-sheet bear record that no steps were taken. In the circumstances, parties appear to be responsible for the delay. 3.

The executing Court of Senior Civil Judge, Commercial Court, Bhubaneswar, is requested to deal with the execution case as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is disposed of.
