Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's execution case is languishing in the Court below.

He refers to last order dated 3rd January, 2022 in the order-sheet to submit, the execution case was unnecessarily tagged with the arbitration case containing challenge to the award, when there is no stay obtained by award debtor.

Text of order dated 3rd January, 2020 is reproduced below. "Advocate for the DHR files hazira. Put up on 03.02.22 for filing of objection by JDR No.1 and awaiting SR & PA against JDR No.4. The present execution petition will be considered after disposal of ARB No.53/2018." 4.
