2. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the order of cognizance dated 30th October, 2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M (S), Baripada in G.R.Case No. 410 of 2015.

3. There is no interim stay in this case.

4. Having regard to the age of the petition, in absence of same being pursued, there is no point in keeping the CRLMC alive.

5. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed.
