Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahanga P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 289 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC., Salipur for commission of offence under Sections 498A/294/323/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P.Act. 4.
Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the State that particularly notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. was issued and responded to by petitioner No.3, the ABLAPL so far as petitioner No.3 is disposed as infructuous. 5.
So far as petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, considering the nature of the allegations and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners 1 and 2 and learned counsel
for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners 1 and 2 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 06.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
