1. The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. This is an application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR in G.R. Case No.581 of 2020 of the court of learned SDJM, Angul against the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application along with a copy this order before the court in seisin over the matter. The court shall consider the contention as raised in the present petition. The said court shall also consider his contention at the time of framing of charges in accordance with law.

5. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
