Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Konark P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 252 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC., Konark for commission of offence under Sections 341/ 294/ 323/ 324/506/307/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this anticipatory bail application in respect of Petitioner No.3Sukadev Biswal. 5.
Accordingly, ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner No.3 is dismissed as not pressed.

So far as petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 11 are concerned, taking into account the allegation and counter allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and
moving for bail, petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 11 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seision over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
