1. This petition was filed way back in 2016 as a PIL for release Order No.

of payment towards cost of certified seeds of paddy during Khariff 2015. The petition was listed just once on 5th July, 2016 on which date could not be taken up due to lawyers abstaining from work. Thereafter, it has never been listed even once.

2. In the circumstances, it is directed that if the cause of action still survives, it will be open to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation in accordance with law and after following up on such representation to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
