Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves an allegation against the Tahasildar, Khurda in not working out the direction of the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Bhubaneswar in R.C. No.70/2015, vide order dated 30.7.2021.

This Court finds surprise in the action of the Tahasildar involved. As there is no working out of such order after one year, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is no impediment in working out the order passed in the R.P.No.70/2015 and further there is no working out of the direction as of now, the same may be worked out within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order providing copy of the corrected Record of Right in favour of the Petitioner.
