Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Baliapal P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 496 of 2021(arising out of 1 CC No.91 of 2021), pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Basta for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/ 323/ 341/ 354/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. and Sec.4 of the D.P. Act. 4.
Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 05.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
