There is serious allegation by the petitioner to the extent that in spite of a writ court direction in disposal of W.P.(C).No. 23534 of 2019, there is no disposal of Mutation Case No. 327 of 2017 as of now. Without entering into any controversy involved therein, taking into consideration the previous direction of this Court, the writ petition stands disposed of only observing in the event Mutation Case N.327 of 2017 is still pending, the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar shall do well in disposing the same at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
