1. From the letters dated 18th December 2017 and 4th January 2018 of the East Coast Railway copy of which have been placed before this Court by Mr. Routray, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, it appears that responding to the demands of the local residents steps are being taken for construction of a ROB and RUB on 50:50 cost sharing basis.

2. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of.
