This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Crl. Proceeding No. 115 of 2012 (arising out of Crl. P. No. 716 of 1995), from the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur, to the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Ms. S.S. Pasayat, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. N.C. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opp. party has expired in the meanwhile, for which the TRPCRL has been rendered infructuous.
