This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into consideration, the report submitted by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rourkela that, in the meanwhile, eight prosecution witnesses have been examined. This Court is not inclined to entertain this Bail Application at this stage.

The Bail Application is disposed of calling upon the Learned Court in seisin over the matter to expedite the trail and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, in the event, the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated and the delay is not attributable to the petitioner. 5.
Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of with such liberty.
