This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for a direction to learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack -Opposite Party No.1 for early disposal of OS&S Case No.602 of 2021.

Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has not yet been considered and notice has not been issued to the opposite parties therein. He, therefore, submits that a direction may be issued to learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack to take up the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files a memorandum within a period of two weeks hence along with

// 2 // certified copy of this order before learned Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack for consideration of the aforesaid OS&S Case No.602 of 2021 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, he shall do well to accept the same and make an endeavour for consideration of issuance of notice to Opposite Parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing such memorandum, if the matter is otherwise ready and there is no legal impediment.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
