This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 23rd May, 2009 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Cr.P. No.266 of 2006 (Annexure-1).

Although the matter was filed on 19th March, 2010 and subsequently direction has been issued for removal of defect in filing the RPFAM, the same has not yet been removed. Thus, it appears that the Petitioner has no interest to pursue the RPFAM. 5.
