This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

The Petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for a direction to Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.1 for early disposal of RP Case No.1060 of 2018.

On perusal of record, it appears that the matter has not yet been considered and notice has not been issued to the opposite parties therein. Hence, a direction should be issued to Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack to take up the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files a

// 2 // memorandum within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order before Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack for consideration of the aforesaid RP Case No. 1060 of 2018 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, he shall do well to accept the same and make an endeavour for consideration of issuance of notice to Opposite Parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing such memorandum, if the matter is otherwise ready and there is no legal impediment.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
