Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamboo Marine P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2797 of 2021(arising out of 1 CC Case No. 535 of 2021), pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Kendrapara for commission of offence under Sections 294/ 323/ 354-B/ 376/ 379/ 506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for anticipatory bail, so far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application in respect Petitioner No.1- Bhaja Mandal is dismissed as not pressed. 6.
So far petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 4 are concerned, taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on
surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioner Nos.2, 3 & 4 shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
