In view of the order passed today in I.A. No.2704 of 2022; on consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State, this application is taken up for hearing today. 2.
The Petitioners, being implicated in G.R. Case No.153 of 2021 arising out of Rajgangpur P.S Case No.83 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 498-
// 2 // A/323/294/313/506 read with section 34 of IPC and section 4 of D.P. Act pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Rajgangpur, have filed this application for their grant of anticipatory bail. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the above mentioned case within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
