Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bolagarh P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 603 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Khurda for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/ 294/ 323/307/313/506/109/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been cited as an accused in the F.I.R., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released

on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
