Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the case details by way of memo. The same be taken on record.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1489 of 2022 arising out of Sambalpur P.S. Case No.0131 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. Sambalpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 448/294/506/34 of IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the

petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
