Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this petition was filed with a prayer for a direction to the I.I.C., Bhadrak Rural Police Station (opposite party No.3) to make proper investigation however now he submits that in the meantime upon completion of investigation final report has been filed in connection with Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No. 587 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1862 of 2020. In such background, he prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner for filing protest petition before the jurisdictional Court. 3.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition

// 2 // before the jurisdictional Court. It is made clear that in case such a petition is filed, the jurisdictional Court is directed proceed with the same in accordance with law. 4.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
