The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside order dated 25th February, 2002 passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Rental Colony in Misc. Case No.10 of 2020. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since final R.O.R in respect of Mouza Sampur has not been published, the Petitioner has a remedy to file an appeal assailing the order passed in Objection Case No.5649/4878 of 2013 and Misc. Case No.10 of 2020. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
