The State-petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order/judgment dated 05.07.2018 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.1887 (C) of 2010 vide Annexure-1. 4.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the opposite party no.1 has filed counter affidavit, wherein in paragraph-3 (d) it is stated that the order passed by the Tribunal has been complied with.

Having heard learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-petitioners and on perusal of the counter affidavit, it appears that since the order of the

Tribunal was not complied with, opposite party no.1 filed C.P. before the Tribunal and after abolition of Tribunal, he filed W.P.(C) No.4298 of 2020 before this Court, which has been disposed of on 11.02.2020. Since the order passed by the Tribunal as well as the order of this Court have been complied with, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
