This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 04.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.6573 of 2020. 2.

Considering the submissions made and as this Court finds, no purpose will be served in issuing notice in such matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to work out the order of this Court dated 04.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.6573 of 2020, if the same has not been stayed by any higher forum, within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated/certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. Failure in compliance of this Court's direction will be amounting to deliberate violation of the Court's direction.
