This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of this Court's order dated 04.01.2022, passed in W.P.(C) No.38800 of 2021.

During course of hearing, learned counsel Petitioner submits that he will approach the appropriate Authority, as directed by order of this Court dated 04.01.2022.

Considering the submission made, this Court directs that the Petitioner is at liberty to move the appropriate Authority as directed by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2022. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dropped.
