There is serious allegation involving exercise of eviction and/or demolition without following due process of law even in spite of a settlement Appeal pending at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue. Considering the serious allegation, this Court observes, in the event there is no proceeding involving eviction and/or demolition involving the Petitioner as of now, there should not be any eviction and/or demolition in respect of the land schedule in absence of following due process of law.
