Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Berhamppur Mahilal P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 782 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M, Berhampur for commission of offence under Sections 498-A/323/294/313/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P.Act.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 05.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
