This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Odagaon P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 90 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Nyayadhikari, Gramanyayalaya, Odgaon for commission of offence under Sections 341/294/323/325/120B/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegations and keeping in view the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar, reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
