Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Nuagaon P.S. Case No. 27 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 63 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Patrapur for commission of offence under Sections 147/148/353/341/294/323/354/307/506/149 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the omnibus nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 05.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
