This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 25th March, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Sonepur in I.A. No.13 of 2021 (arising out of C.P. No.19 of 2020), whereby he dismissed an application filed by the Petitioner under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sourav, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files appropriate application for maintenance for herself as well as for her daughter. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such submission, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner disposes of the writ petition as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
