This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 26th March, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rourkela in S.T. No.06/24 of 2012 wherein charge has been framed against them, so also the entire proceeding.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

The case is of the year 2012.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter. 6.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
