This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 1.

Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 28th March, 2014 passed in W.P(C) No. 5508 of 2014, the Petitioner has filed the contempt petition.

Since the Petitioner was not allowed to operate the Sand Sairat at Badafena Jambhira Sand Sairat under the Morada Tahasil, he was required to be refunded the amount deposited with the authority in view of the order dated 28th March, 2014 passed in W.P.(C) No. 5508 of 2014.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate furnished a copy of document bearing No.2339, dated 23rd September, 2022 showing transfer of requisite amount to the account of the Petitioner, thereby the Tahasildar, Morada complied with the order/direction of this Court.

Mr. Anjan Kumar Biswal, counsel for the Petitioner on instruction by the Petitioner does not dispute the said fact. 5.
