Ms. Samal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, her client is widow. Her husband died by cardiac arrest immediately on being administered second dose of Covishield vaccination. She submits further, First Information Report was drawn up and post mortem conducted. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Petitioner has claimed relief on compensation being given to her. She will approach Principal Secretary of the department of Health and Family Welfare with her application enclosing relevant documents and this order. Said office is directed to deal with petitioner's claim and inform her result thereof within six weeks of communication.
