This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.440 of 2022, arising out of Pahala P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 452/294/323/506/354/420/34 of IPC.

Considering the recital in the FIR which prima facie shows the complicity of one Ashok Sethy who is not the petitioner and considering the role ascribed to the present petitioner (Banambar Majhi), this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail
by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
