This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

The present bail application has been filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for commission of alleged offences under sections 341, 323 & 324 of the Indian Penal Code. On a perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that all the offences are bailable in nature. 3.
Considering such facts, this Court is of the opinion that there is no apprehension of arrest.
