Since the grounds raised herein can very well be taken in revision and since the Petitioners have clear revisional remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the C.M.P. at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this C.M.P. with liberty to file revision before the District Judge.

The C.M.P. is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the Petitioners by keeping a true attested Xerox copy thereof. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
