This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rizvi learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.
The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.17 of 2017, arising out of Berhampur Vigilance P.S. Case No.57 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Phulbani for commission of offence punishable under Sections 409/120(B) of IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c)(d) of PC Act 4.
On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner he is permitted to correct the G.R. Case Number in the Court. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner places on record the charge sheet filed in the meanwhile which states the status of the
petitioner as under "not arrest". In that view of the matter this Court is of the prima facie view that there is no apprehension of arrest. 6.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if there is any threat of arrest in future.
