This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Since it is a disposed of bail application, there is no need to file the surrender certificate before this Court. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner has been released on bail as per the order dated 28.09.2022 and has not complied with the terms and conditions of the said order, the learned trial Court is free to take steps in accordance with law for arrest of the petitioner.

A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court immediately.
