This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners seeking a direction to the Opposite Party to pay the arrear maintenance as directed by the Revisional Court along with the current amount of maintenance as has been fixed by the learned trial court pursuant to the awarded dated 23rd April, 2010 passed in Crl. Misc. Case No.51 of 2008 and the order dated 27th April, 2012 passed in Crl. Revision No.17/7 of 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Padmapur and learned District & Sessions Judge, Bargarh respectively. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.
