Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.992 of 2022 arising out Jajpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jajpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/323/506/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioners have responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as such the present

ABLAPL is not maintainable. The ABLAPL has rendered infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly.
