Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.992 of 2022 arising out Jajpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jajpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/323/506/34 of the IPC. 4.
Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioners have responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as such the present ABLAPL is not maintainable. The ABLAPL has rendered
infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly.
