This matter is taken up through virtual mode. This is an application for extension of time to surrender. By order dated 31st May, 2022 passed in ABLAPL No.5022/2022 the Petitioners were directed to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Padampur in G.R. Case No.249/2022 within a period of three weeks. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances the Petitioners could not surrender. He prays fifteen days further time to surrender.
