There is serious allegation through paragraph-4 of the writ petition that there is eviction attempt involving the disputed site without following due process of law. This Court though not inclined to enter into such controversy at this stage however observes in the event there is no eviction proceeding involving the petitioner and there is no outcome on the same as of now, there should not be eviction of the petitioner without following due process of law. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of but however with the observation made hereinabove.
