This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioners in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No.209 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.584 of 2013 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Jatni, for alleged commission of offence under Section-307/294/34 of the IPC, for their release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the earlier order dated 10.08.2016 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No. 10099 of 2016, the present application stands dismissed as not entertainable.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
