This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 407 of the Cr.P.C. for transfer of C.T. Case No.1916 of 2018 filed by the opp. party No.2-husband in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Udala. 3.

Mr. S.P.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo in Court today for withdrawal of this transfer petition and states that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case as the matter has been settled between the parties during pendency of the same. The memo be kept on record.

The TRP (CRL) is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn. 5.
