1. The present petition is already covered by the order dated 1st December, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.9191 of 2022 and batch of writ petitions (Kailash Kedia v. Income Tax Officer, Ward 1, Jharsuguda).

2. Permitting the Petitioner to raise all pleas as permitted in the said order dated 1st December, 2022 including any other pleas that the Petitioner may have on the issue of jurisdiction at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
